Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Once a Referral Partner has completed the free, no obligation registration process they may submit qualified leads and received referral bonuses.

“Qualified Leads” shall be defined as follows:

Customer must have had no prior contact with Wylan
Customer owns Customer’s property
Customer must be able to speak and understand English or Spanish
Referral Partner has provided valid contact information for the customer
Referral Partner has discussed Wylan with the customer and the customer is expecting to be contacted
Referral Partner has not shared customer’s information with any other solar services company

If Referral Partner’s Qualified Lead completes a contract for a solar power system with Wylan, the Referral Partner will receive a referral bonus payment of $300. Referral Partner must submit a completed W-9 form to Wylan prior to receiving payments. Payments are paid by check and sent via U.S. mail within 60 days of referred lead's installation completion.

Referral Partner agrees to hold the terms of the agreement confidential, including payment amounts.

Referral Partner agrees to only utilize marketing materials approved and provided by Wylan when promoting the program and to perform no marketing or advertising activities without the express permission of Wylan

This agreement can be terminated at anytime by either party with a written notification. Referral Partner will be paid for any Qualified Leads that have entered into a contract with Wylan prior to the date of cancellation. By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions above. If submitting leads on behalf of a business, you also confirm that you are an authorized representative of a qualifying business.
